What goes into an ESTATE Plan (and do you have one?)

• A Will so that you can name who will inherit your estate.
• A Trust to manage your assets.
• A Living Trust which avoids probate, a costly process.
• A Living Will lists your wishes if you become terminally ill.
• A Power of Attorney to make financial decisions for you.
• A Healthcare Power of Attorney to make these decisions.

NOTE: if you don't have this Plan in place when you leave this plane, be assured that the State where you live does... and you won't like it.

Reduce your water heater’s thermostate from 140 degrees to 110 or 120 degrees. This will result in a savings of approximately $100 per year.

BONUS TIP:

Keep your auto tires inflated correctly to save gas dollars. Low tires can steal one mile per gallon or more. With fuel prices spiraling ever upward, the savings aren’t a lot of hot air!
